My favorite food is breaded fish because it's rich in nutrients and the flavor is delicious. Most fish have less fat than most meat per serving, and the fats in fish are less saturated. Fish oils are one of the few natural food sources of vitamin D. But, I hate to eat Sushi although it's made from fish, because it’s prepared with unsalted rice with algae and raw fish on a roll. The Sushi flavor is disgusting. I remember when I ate a sushi roll I almost vomit and I had a stomachache during one week.
To eat is a pleasure, but generally the delicious food is fattening.
