My Work

"I have a problem with your organization.", "Please, don’t call me ever!" or "I need your help because you charge me a lot of money".  These are comments that I listen every day because my work is to attend complains in a Bank. My obligation is to respond  the complaint and call the costumer to tell him the answer. I have learned to work with pressure and patience but I don't like to do this because in many occasions I give bad news and I have to listen the costumer trouble. Well, someone has to do.
